1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use Softdgt. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features of the LMS, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Softdgt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

5. Payments & Access (If Applicable)

Some courses or features may require payment. All fees, pricing, and access terms will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once access to digital content has been granted.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Softdgt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific learning outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softdgt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softdgt, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
